Not able to upgrade Ubuntu release

phpMyAdmin not showing system monitor graphs

Add „:/proc/meminfo:/proc/stat“ to „fastcgi_param PHP_VALUE „open_basedir=“ in /etc/nginx/conf.d/phpmyadmin.conf and restart server with service nginx restart
